Flush/Semi-Flush Mounts: Common for general lighting.

Chandeliers & Pendants: Decorative fixtures hanging from the ceiling (often above islands/tables).

Recessed (Can) Lights: Installed into the ceiling, with only the trim visible.

Track Lighting: Adjustable heads on a track system. Used to highlight art or provide flexible lighting in kitchens/living spaces.

Ceiling Fans with Lights: Combines air movement and illumination.

Wall-Mounted

Sconces: Wall-mounted for ambient or accent lighting (hallways, bathrooms, dining rooms).

Outdoor Fixtures: Porch lights, landscape lighting, security lights.

Bathroom Vanity Lights – Over or beside bathroom mirrors.

Task & Accent

Under-Cabinet Lights: For kitchen counters and work areas. LED strips or puck lights are the most common.

Common Repairs and Installation

• Replace old fixtures with new ones.
• Fix broken switches, dimmers, or sockets.
• Fix flickering or non-working lights.
• Swapping halogen for LED.
