Ceiling Fan

Ceiling Fan

A successful ceiling fan installation comes down to three things: safety, stability, and functionality.

Safety means making absolutely sure the fan is anchored to a ceiling box rated for ceiling fans, not just a regular light fixture box — those can pull out of the drywall over time.

Stability is about balance. An unbalanced fan rattles, squeaks, and can even work itself loose. We assemble the blades, tighten every screw evenly, and use a balancing kit.

Functionality just means does it work like it should. After installation, the fan should run smoothly at every speed, switch on and off reliably, and the direction switch (for summer / winter modes) should work. If your fan has a remote control or smart features, we test them before putting away our ladder.

There’s the cosmetic side, too — making sure everything looks finished, with no exposed wires or gaps around the mounting hardware.
